Bonus for mail-order customers: If you order by email, regular mail or fax for delivery to your postal address and request the current month's passwords, we'll either email them to you or include them with your order so you can access to our website's "Continue Reading Features of the Month."

Secure Handling of Your Charge Card Information: When ordering online for download to your computer, you deal electronically directly with our banking service, we never have access to your credit card information. When ordering by mail-order for delivery to your postal address, we manually process your charge card information and do not store that information on our computer system, so you never have to worry about having that information stolen from us by a computer hacker. Also, we have a safe way for you to send us your charge card information by email if you want to place an order for delivery to your postal address and don't want to wait for the Post Office to deliver your order to us. If you are so interested, email us and we'll explain the very simple process to you.

Privacy Policy & Mailing List: We do not share with anyone your charge card, email, postal address or any other personal information we may have about you. We plan to do periodic email and mail solicitations in the future, and you will receive those solicitations if you are a customer and we have current email or address information for you. However, if you do not wish to receive any such solicitations from us, please indicate that when you order online or by regular mail. Note: Any solicitations we do produce will be discreet and tastefully presented. You can change your status with us at any time; simply contact us by phone, mail or email and let us know if you want to be added or taken off our mailing list

What to Do If There is a Disruption of Your Online Service: Website breakdowns due to computer problems, power failures (in the host computer city), and other sorts of mechanical failures happen to everyone from time to time, so we're sure you understand. Whenever our website does breakdown, please be patient, we will be back online as fast as we can get things fixed. The important thing to remember is not to give up, simply try again an hour or two (or a day) later. We've had this website since 1998, and during that time, we've had many short breakdowns for a wide variety of reasons, most of those breakdowns lasted only a few minutes or hours, and only three times a system breakdown or a major upgrade of equipment last more than a day. So in case of a disruption of service, please be patient and periodically keep trying to get us back online.

Access to your paid publications when our website breaks down: In those rare instances that our website does breakdown for a day or more, we turn off the clock! In other words, all paid subscribers have their access time extended to compensate for any downtime. Please accept our apologies in advance for any interruptions you experience but be consoled that you are not losing access time that you paid for.

What to Do If You are Having Technical Problems Gaining Online Access: If you can access this website, but have technical problems placing an order or accessing publications you have purchased, please contact BOTH of us at laceyppp@comcast.net and our webmaster at service@redlightnet.com  Please describe approximately when you made your purchase and what kind of problem you are having. For any questions and problems email us at this same address.

What to Do If You are Experiencing Slow Downloads: Whenever a lot of people try to access any single website at one time, the site slows down. Since we put up new material on the first day of each month, a large number of people access our website on that day, and it is always our busiest day (with the slowest download times) of each month. Actually the first few days can be quite slow at times. So it is best to try and access us at non-peak times and on days when we are not so busy.

FYI, the busiest times of the year: November through March. Busiest times of the month (for our website): The first few days of each month, especially the first day. Busiest times of the day: 3 pm to midnight (US Central time). That information may help you plan your visits, or at least let you know when you may encounter slow download times due to heavy Internet traffic.

TIP: There is an advantage to ordering our publications after the first few days of any month because whenever you order one of our online publications, your passwords also give you access to our "Continue Reading Features of the Month." But since passwords are good for 30 days (including the day you order), if you order in the middle of the month, your passwords are good until the middle of the following month, giving you access not only to the current month's "Continue Reading" features but (after the first day of the next month) also access to that next month's "Continue Reading Features" (until your time runs out). This is good for you to know just in case you don't care to order anything that following month, but would like to access that month's additional features.
