Panties, Pinnies & Petties #2 has more real, old-time letters about panty training, pinafore discipline and petticoat punishment, a tribute to legendary fetish publications of the 1950s and 60s. But we've taken the best of those letters and stories, updated and illustrated them and increased the sexual fervor, which was often lacking because they were written during those sexually repressive years.    Issue #2 focuses on stories involving females discovering boys who wore girls' clothes either because they wanted to or because they were forced to wear them.
