Picture Album #23 is a photo journal of a boy who enjoys being a girl with his parent's full approval. This collection of photos shows him a few pictures of him in his boys' clothes doing boy things like riding his bike and climbing trees. But the majority of photos are of him dressing up on various outfits as a girl because he spends most of his time in girls' clothes of girlish outfits.
