Picture Album #24 is a photo record of a show put on by a group of devilishly cute and lovely little grade school boys. Many parents think it is fun to sometimes dress up their boys like girls to see what they would look like if they had been born girls, consequently many schools and organizations, like the one shown here, put on fund-raising shows with boys impersonating girls. These boys put on a fashion show and are judged in a beauty contest. Most of them are stunningly beautiful in their lovely outfits but they also wear with full makeup, girlish shoes, and long wigs and are outfitted with all the necessary feminine accessories. Most of the boys are in prom gowns, cocktail dresses and party dresses, one boy wears a cheerleaders' outfit and turns to flash his lacy pink ruffled rhumba panties at the audience!
