This issue of Panty Lines, originally published in 1982, has been completely revised; a lot of new photos and drawings have been added and the existing artwork has been redrawn and improved.     The complete text has been rewritten and new features added. Of course, everything that was in the original is still here, including Part 4 of "The Making of a Sissy," which describes the terror little Jimmie experienced when he was caught trying on his older sister's brand new First Communion dress and panties.    There are letters from a guy who dresses up like the maid and cleans the house while his wife is out, a woman who potty trained her son by rewarding him with pretty panties, a woman who has her lovers spank and rape her sissy husband, and a mother/daughter team, who milk the cum out of the girl's little brother.   New features include a nice article about Victorian petticoat punishment and a review of the 1997 movie "Ma Vie en Rose" with many photos of the innocent little boy prancing around in his fancy dresses.    This issue includes fifteen photographs and eight fine drawings, some by the great Missie McQueen. Stories range from "G" to "X" rated.
