Princess Online #33 contains items from our November and December 2001 websites, including our regular features from Watchdoggie! with a petticoat punishment collage, art from Carole Jean, and "Masquerade," a picture of a boy in a Halloween costume of leotards and cancan petticoat.    A variety of other items and pictures are presented, including a new drawing with a short story from Prim, a renown petticoat punishment artist with a unique style focusing upon boys thoroughly feminized and humiliated at a special school run by a lecherous headmaster who preys upon the sissified boys.    The main feature in this issue is one of the most interesting parental advice columns that we found on the Internet in 2000. In the column, one mother is considering using various punishments, including spanking and petticoat punishment in dealing with her wayward son and wants advice. A doctor gives a liberal evaluation of those punishments, and a flood of individual comments, advice and letters (many illustrated) follows, and they make for compelling reading with far ranging opinions and testimonials.    Stories and features are rated from "G" to "R" and illustrated with 3 drawings and 12 photos.
