   This issue contains a scene from a foreign TV show of a boy wearing a frilly, old-fashioned nightie, a boy trying on a bride's dress, and complete copies of two typewritten letters of petticoat punishment and raising a boy in girlish ways. Plus a story about a boy with a Cuban mother, who believed she owned her son's penis, and since his penis was so small, he was laughed at. His mother started buying him dresses and lacy panties, and since his penis didn't grow, she had him castrated. Eventually, she turned him over to strict nuns in a convent to be raised as a girl. Another true story is about a boy who was always told he was fat and ugly. His family always made fun of him, and he was sexually dominated by his brothers and sisters and made to act like a girl.
