Shameless Mothers #2 continues the story about the parents and teachers of a small town who take control of their rowdy boys by making them wear sissy outfits and other girls' clothes. The boys are dominated, panty trained, humiliated, and feminized until they adore females and everything feminine.     In this issue, Timmy's mother hosts a PTA committee and points out to the ladies attending that the boys in their school are responsible for all the trouble they have been having, and she discreetly suggests that the boys should be tamed by treating them more like girls. Then she brings out a humiliated Timmy in a frilly sissyboy outfit to show the ladies how feminizing a boy makes him easy to control. The next day, Timmy and his best friend, Lenny, wear panties under their regular clothes.
