Shameless Mothers #4 continues the story about the parents and teachers of a small town school who are reforming their rowdy boys.    Summary to this point: After one mother discovers the effectiveness of panty training and petticoat punishment, she shares her success with her best friend, who in turn begins to feminize her problem son. Both women sexually ravish their boys and make them participate in each other's humiliation.
