Shameless Mothers #5 continues the story about the parents and teachers of a small town school who are reforming their rowdy boys.    Summary to this point: After one mother discovers the effectiveness of panty training and petticoat punishment, she shares her success with others and their school decides it is the answer to controlling the naughty boys.
